By using PrepsterAI, you agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You may not use the service to violate laws, infringe rights, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operation, or abuse AI or payment systems.

PrepsterAI provides planning tools, organizational support, and informational outputs related to medical school preparation. The service does not guarantee admission outcomes and does not provide professional legal, financial, psychological, medical, or admissions counseling advice.

Certain features require a paid subscription. Prices, plan features, quotas, and billing periods may be updated from time to time. Recurring billing, renewals, cancellations, and payment processing are handled through our payment provider.

If a payment fails, premium access may be limited or suspended until billing is resolved.

You may not share accounts in a way that circumvents plan limits, attempt to bypass quotas or subscription restrictions, reverse engineer the service, or use automated methods to overload or exploit the platform.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create security, abuse, or legal risk.

PrepsterAI and its software, branding, and original platform content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights to content you submit, but you grant us the rights needed to host, process, and display that content in connection with operating the service.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, opportunity, or admissions outcomes arising from use of the service.
